Qualifications & experience
Excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and courteous phone manner
Experience in administration/customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work as a team player and independently in a fast-paced environment is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Answering and responding to phone calls and emails
Entering work orders into job management system
Scheduling of jobs
Providing customer support
General administration, data entry and office duties
