ASI JD MacDonald is a world-class manufacturer and supplier of quality commercial Washroom products and Toilet Partition Systems to Australia’s architectural and construction sectors. We are part of the New York based American Specialties group. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our small, supportive team onsite in Keysborough.

Major responsibilities include order processing; handling customer product enquiries; pricing enquiries; preparing project quotations; warranty processing and assisting our sales team.

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

Outgoing personality

High level attention to detail

Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

A minimum of 2-3 years of call centre/customer service experience

An ability to provide exceptional customer service via phone and email channels

Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively

Ability to work independently

Training will be provided for the successful applicant.
