We are currently working with one of the largest Civil Contractors in South East Queensland. Join to their growth and project work load they are looking to add a Full-Time Site Supervisor to their team. As a Site Supervisor you will lead the day-to-day operations on civil construction projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating plant, people and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to spec.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Manage site-based operations for civil projects (subdivisions, road, drainage, earthworks).

Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and plant in consultation with the People & Plant Manager.

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality systems.

Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers to achieve targets.

Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site inductions.

Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records and reports.

Requirements to be successful:

Proven experience supervising civil construction projects

Strong Leadership and communication skills

Sound knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation

White Card, Driver's License

Relevant tickets (e.g. First Aid)

Ability to read plans and interpret technical drawings
