At our flagship Laverton North facility, we’re bringing servicing, repair, and warranty into a fully integrated, tech-driven model. To lead this critical function, we’re looking for a Servicing & Warranty Advisor who’s passionate about helping customers, confident in their mechanical understanding, and ready to run daily operations with excellence.
The Role & What You’ll Do
As our Servicing & Warranty Advisor, you’ll be the go-to contact for customers needing repairs, maintenance, or warranty assistance. You’ll manage the service desk, coordinate with workshop teams, and ensure that every interaction is handled professionally and transparently.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Guide customers through the servicing and repair process
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our service and workshop team
- Handle warranty claim discussions and help customers navigate outcomes
- Ensure performance targets and service SLAs are met
- Upsell additional services that improve vehicle reliability and longevity
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clarity and trust
- Keep accurate records and stay across every repair, claim, and recommendation
- Work onsite Monday–Friday, full-time
Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years experience in service advising, workshop coordination, or automotive operations
- Confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset
- Ability to explain service needs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally
- Highly organised and able to manage service bookings and multiple tasks under pressure
- Comfortable working between customers and technicians to resolve inquiries and service updates
- Solid computer skills and experience with service platforms or CRMs
- Confidence upselling additional products or repairs
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to undergo a police/background check
