Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience in a dealership environment is highly desired).

THE ROLE

Provide exceptional customer service to service customers

Driveway service check-ins

Estimation and telephone enquires and sales

Raise repair orders

Providing accurate invoices and reports to service customers

Follow-up service times to ensure vehicles are completed on time
