About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Technical Sales & Support Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly and driven team in Rowville. This is an office-based position with a strong customer and product focus — ideal for someone technically minded who enjoys supporting customers and solving problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

· Preparing quotes, entering sales orders, and processing invoices

· Providing product advice and technical support (We’ll train you)

· Maintaining relationships with trade customers and suppliers

· Assisting with product returns, assessments, or quality checks (Not that often)

· Helping manage our online store (Shopify experience a plus)

· Supporting general admin, documentation, and team operations

What We’re Looking For

· Enthusiastic, organised, and curious about how things work

Quick learner - contributor

· Comfortable on the phone, in person, and over email

· Technically minded — ideally with HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical or trade background

· Confident using computers, with strong attention to detail

· Willing to learn, pitch in, and grow with the business

Bonus points for experience with:

· Sales, quoting or CRM systems

· Online platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)

· Technical customer support or admin roles
