Pain Matrix is seeking an inspiring General Manager to help shape our next chapter as we continue our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as we continue to enhance and innovate our service offering and operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Board, you will lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of Pain Matrix. This pivotal role ensures our practice delivers exceptional, patient-centred care while driving service innovation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead a high-performing team of clinical and administrative professionals.

• Shape and execute strategy in partnership with the Board.

• Manage business financials and optimise business performance.

• Drive operational excellence across two locations.

• Champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Build strong relationships with referrers, hospitals, and industry partners.

About You

We are looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who is passionate about improving health outcomes through innovation and integrated care. You will bring a blend of strategic insight, operational capability and strong people leadership.

You will ideally have;

• Senior management or leadership experience within healthcare, clinical, allied health or a related environment.

• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary or integrated models of care (pain management experience highly regarded).

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational leadership, and service innovation.

• Advanced financial acumen and experience managing business finances, budgets and reporting.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and drive cultural excellence.

• Values-driven, ethical, and committed to patient-centred care.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Health Management, Health, Business, Accounting or related field.

• National Police Check & Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
