This is the role for you... Design & Build Recruitment is looking to interview Intermediate and Senior level Project Managers with experience running new build projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-rise new build projects - 15+ levels high.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Pre construction through to delivery activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
• Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on new build mid to high rise projects $50M+
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
