We’re a hands-on turf and transport business based in Elimbah, operating our own turf farm in Coochin Creek, a fleet of 5 trucks, and dedicated installation teams. We also provide transport services for tiles, flooring, and other materials, making logistics coordination a vital part of our daily operations.

Your Role

As our Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the central link between customer orders, our trucks, our farm, and our material delivery services. You’ll manage turf, tile, and flooring deliveries, coordinate installation crews, and keep operations running smoothly from order to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate turf, tile, and flooring orders with customers

Schedule deliveries and installation crews across our fleet

Liaise with the turf farm for availability, harvesting timelines & harvesting orders

Track inventory and manage material logistics

Prepare invoices and documentation

Communicate with customers, drivers, and suppliers

Troubleshoot delays with confidence and clarity

You’ll Bring

Experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer service

Strong attention to detail and a practical mindset

Excellent communication skills via phone and email

Ability to work independently from a home office

Confidence using spreadsheets, email tools, and scheduling software
