Our client is a trusted supplier of quarry and construction materials for major civil projects across Southeast Queensland for the past 40 years. A family-owned company locally operating in Caboolture, they are looking to add 2 transport allocators to their team. These are fulltime casual positions but have the genuine opportunity to become permanent.

Duties:

• Planning and scheduling of deliveries
• Liaising with clients, internal staff members and operators
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Data entry and order taking
• High customer service skills

To be successful, you will have:

• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• Transport allocating experience
• Ability to plan, prioritise and multitask
• Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
• High level of computer literacy
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and every second Saturday from 5:00am - 12:00pm
