We are seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at Figtree Eye Specialists' on a casual basis. In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our practice. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and managing patient records

Assisting with the processing of payments and patient billing

Performing general administrative duties, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Providing support to the medical team as required
