About the role:
We're seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Coordinator to drive our People, Culture & Safety strategy and contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workforce culture. This pivotal role will provide administrative, technical, and project support to our People, Culture & Safety team.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will:
- Support People & Culture processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Assist with policy reviews and updates, learning initiatives, and wellbeing programs
- Manage the HR email inbox, respond to team inquiries, and escalate complex issues
- Coordinate training calendars and compliance requirements
- Contribute to projects, policy reviews, and process improvements.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Relevant qualifications and/or a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or providing HRIS technical support.
Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Great attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR systems (experience with ELMO (HRIS) is not essential, but desired).
A collaborative, people-first mindset and a commitment to service excellence
Strong work ethic and work history that would evidence commitment to Ageing Australia values and a genuine passion for aged care.
