Job description

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality support for clients with complex behaviours and Restrictive Practices for an immediate start. This role includes sleepover shifts, active awake shifts, community participation support, in home support.

Responsibilities

Build strong rapport and trust with clients and their support networks.

Provide personal care and assist with light domestic duties.

Support participant while out in the community.

Deliver support in line with participant plans, ensuring timely and effective service.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organisational requirements.

About You

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.

Proven experience in Behaviour Support, including Restrictive Practices.

A calm, confident, and professional approach when supporting clients with complex behaviours.

Strong ability to build rapport with both clients and stakeholders.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to remain composed under pressure.

Reliable transport to travel between shifts.

Current National Police Check, NDIS Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (mandatory).
