The Company

Bringing back the best of times gone by, the team serves up everything from a traditional English-style Bitter to an award-winning Irish Stout all crafted with care and a nod to the classics

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the speciality section. You will assist the Executive Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. You will also assist with the management of health and safety and other junior members.

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Head Chef
• A flair and passion for delivering outstanding food
• A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication, time-management
