What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a culinary leader with:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in a fine-dining or modern Australian kitchen

A deep respect for produce and provenance

Skills in small team leadership, creative menu development, and plating under pressure

A collaborative attitude – someone who works with people, not just above them

The confidence to connect with guests and present your food in-person

High standards in hygiene, consistency, and calm leadership

Key Responsibilities

Run day-to-day kitchen operations with precision and calm

Mentor, train and develop a small, passionate team

Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menus, events, and strategy

Control stock, costing, and supplier relationships

Ensure food safety and maintain a professional kitchen environment

Represent the kitchen in the dining room during service
