🍴 Head Chef Wanted – Rita’s Kitchen and Bar, North Adelaide.

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Rita’s Kitchen and Bar — a vibrant, modern venue in the heart of North Adelaide known for its warm atmosphere, top-quality local produce, and seasonal menus that showcase the best of South Australian flavours.

What we’re looking for:

A creative and organised culinary leader with a strong background in modern Australian or Mediterranean-inspired cuisine

Proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role

Ability to manage food and labour costs, ordering, and rostering

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide a small, dedicated kitchen team

A commitment to consistency, quality, and cleanliness (knowledge of HACCP standards a must)

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings

Experience with Italian food
