ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary role of the Content Manager System Support Analyst is to provide day-to-day system administrative support for Content Manager, the NSW Ambulance Records Management System and the inReach workflow system.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skills:
- Experience in supporting and maintaining electronic records management systems
- Ability to develop training materials and manuals for staff as well as deliver training sessions
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent computing, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in liaising with internal teams and external vendors, and staying up to date with legislative requirements and best practice standards in records management

The average number of ambulance responses increased by 3.3 per cent over the past year. Factors contributing to increased activity include population growth, an ageing population and the associated increase in rates of illness.
In 2013/14 we provided 1,234,843 total responses (both emergency and non-emergency) compared to 1,219,262 total responses in 2012/13. There were on average 3383 responses per day - this is equivalent to a response every 26 seconds.
