If you like delivering great supporter experiences, and enjoy working in a collaborative, purpose-led environment — we want you to join our team as our Fundraising & Development Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the community (peer-to-peer fundraising) portfolio of supporters.

Support the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager with the Gift In Wills, Home Ever After programs.

Support the Direct Fundraising Manager with Regular Giving and Digital Fundraising campaigns.

Provide excellent stewardship to donors.

Assist the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager with grant applications.

Coordinate and support fundraising events and RSPCA SA's Corporate Impact Days.

About You:

Organisational Skills: You have experience working within a large organisation and can handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Self-starter: You are proactive and can work autonomously with minimal instruction.

Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively and genuinely communicate with diverse groups of supporters.

Collaboration: You work well across different departments and teams.

Experience: Fundraising experience is desirable but not mandatory; however, an interest in fundraising and the non-profit sector is essential.

Software Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded but not mandatory; high level of competence with Microsoft Office is required.
