About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding client service. In this dynamic position, you’ll manage staff rostering, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and help expand our client base through excellent coordination and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Rostering & Scheduling: Develop and manage staff rosters, ensure adequate shift coverage, and handle any changes promptly and efficiently.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, coordinate services, and build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Service Delivery: Oversee the quality and consistency of service delivery, ensuring that all client needs are met in line with care plans and company standards.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to attract new clients and expand our community presence.
Issue Resolution: Address service issues or concerns quickly, ensuring client satisfaction and timely escalation when needed.
Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, assist with timesheets, payroll, and billing related to rosters, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
About You
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in service delivery coordination, rostering, scheduling, or a similar operational or administrative role (community or health care experience highly desirable).
Relevant qualifications in community services, health care, or a related field are desirable and will be considered when determining salary.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with rostering systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
