You’ll bring:

A few years’ experience in events, admin, partnerships, or similar busy roles

Strong time management skills—you know how to prioritise when everything’s urgent

A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Great communication skills and the confidence to work with all kinds of people

A love of teamwork and a knack for keeping things organised (even when chaos hits)

Energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for creating awesome community experiences
