About the role
Sadaqa is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales driven individual to join the Sales team. This full-time contract role will aim to accelerate donation by strengthening relationship with community stakeholders and promoting awareness of our programs and initiatives.
The role is full-time based out of Perth office in Cannington.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement new business strategies to engage with various community stakeholders, including individuals, groups, businesses, and local organisations.
Collaborate and strengthen existing relationships with network community groups to nurture community events, workshops, and meetings to promote awareness of our programs and initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with key individuals, community leaders, and partners to amplify our brand and reach.
Conduct outreach efforts to recruit volunteers, donors, and supporters for our programs and events.
Represent Sadaqa Welfare Fund at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote our organisation and build strategic partnerships.
Coordinate support to volunteers and community members participating in our programs and events.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for Sales outreach to foster meaningful connections with organisations and businesses.
At least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or an Account Management role.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to make outbound calls, build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
Essential Requirements
Must be able to travel interstate for Meetings, Conferences and Events.
Must have driving license and own vehicle.
