Reporting directly to the CEO, the Partnership Manager is an autonomous role that is a combination of BDM and key account management. This role would suit someone who has experience in aesthetic, skincare or pharmaceutical sales and encompasses identifying new strategic opportunities for both our medical and base ranges to increase market share and saturation within your territory.
With a strong KPI focus and a view for domestic and international expansion, the right person will be able to drive sales within our clinic model whilst expanding the clinic network within your territory
About you:
You are an experienced sales professional, strategic thinker, results focused. You are excited by the opportunity to drive change and make an impact on the business from a strategic and operational perspective. You love achieving KPIs and collaborating within a team, but can self-motivate and know when it’s time to work autonomously to achieve your goals.
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge and a passion for the medispa, wellness and aesthetic industry.
Understanding and achievement of sales targets, budgets and financial reporting.
Up to date knowledge on rules and regulations that surround aesthetic clinics and their niche business requirements.
Key capabilities:
Coach and drive sales by providing exceptional support for all clinic accounts.
Serve as the lead point of contact for clinic account management matters within your territory
Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Full KPI and P&L ownership for your territory.
Identify, develop and leverage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, distributors, retailers and industry contacts to support our strategic business plans.
Exceptionally organised to provide direction for the clinic network business, customer success team and the clinics themselves.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Business to Business (B2B) Sales and Account Management role within professional beauty, retail, pharmaceutical or spa industry.
Strong sales skills to upsell and drive the best outcome for all stakeholders.
Proven, successful track record in new business development is essential.
