Join a leading finance company as a React Technical Lead who has strengths in dealing with stakeholders and taking a new React project on from day one. This is a brilliant opportunity to technically spearhead a new customer web portal plus overhaul of a full suite of high traffic products that generates over 100 million in revenue yearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled React & .Net engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain critical software systems.
  • Drive the adoption of microservices architecture.
  • Oversee CI/CD processes using TeamCity and Octopus for smooth deployments.
  • Build scalable, high-performance, high-traffic applications with the latest .NET React technologies.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

  • Deep expertise in REACT
  • Good experience with .NET framework and web API development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-traffic applications.
  • Strong grasp of OOP and SOLID principles.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies with hands-on AWS or Azure experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
