A market-leading provider of environmental IoT solutions is scaling. As part of this growth, we’re forming a dedicated Solutions Team to build and refine bespoke technologies for tier-one and government clients. We're hiring a Tech Lead to lead this transformation.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the technical leadership of a newly formed team delivering bespoke client solutions.
  
  
• Architect systems that solve real-world problems using web-based platforms and IoT-connected hardware.
  
  
• Mentor both software and non-software engineers and embed software engineering excellence.
  
  
• Influence and prioritise feature delivery, with a strong hand in product management.
  
  
• Drive the integration of successful solutions (e.g., time-lapse tracking) into the core platform.
  
  

You Are:

• A coaching-style leader who thrives on mentoring and upskilling others.
  
  
• A pragmatic technologist with experience in Python, Typescript, AWS (Also not essential but some IoT exposure would be a plus).
  
  
• Commercially savvy, with the ability to balance product scope, client need, and business priorities.
  
  
• Comfortable in ambiguity and ready to set vision and clarity where needed.
