The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead) with strong proficiency in Go (Golang) to join our growing engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help shape product architecture, guide engineers, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap in line with business objectives and user feedback

• Collaborate with engineering, support, sales, marketing, and design teams to ship high-impact features

• Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews and stakeholder input

• Lead cross-functional planning and ensure timely, quality delivery of product releases

• Act as the key product liaison in meetings with client executives, sales leaders, and C-suite decision-makers

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ensure the product complies with privacy regulations and outbound communications standards (e.g., FCC/TCPA)

• Monitor usage analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions and iterations
