CrewSELECT, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated Asset Support Officer to join their team based in Nowergup, WA. This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide asset management support, with a strong focus on data cleansing within the Maximo system.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of asset data, validating information entered into Maximo.
• Assist with the maintenance of asset records, including train maintenance, facility management, and equipment registers.
• Develop and generate asset management reports for the management team.
• Identify and address issues in maintenance and project work orders, providing assistance to the Asset Manager.
• Collaborate on business improvement projects to reduce waste in materials, labor, and time.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Maximo or similar software systems.
• Exposure to transport or the rail industry would be highly regarded.
• Strong data management and analysis skills.
• Prior experience in a similar support role within an asset management or maintenance environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain digital reports, asset registers, and technical documents.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
