Our founder, John Curtis, is focused on building the business, driving partnerships, and scaling marketing and sales—but he’s spending too much time in the weeds. That’s why we’re hiring a high-level Operational Leader to create space, bring structure, and run the day-to-day operational rhythm of the business.
🎯 Your Mission:
As the Operational Leader, you’ll work closely with John to take ownership of the administrative and operational workload, enabling him to focus on strategy and growth. You’ll lead the back-end of the business, coordinate internal projects, and act as a filter between the founder and the team.
This role is not for someone who waits to be told what to do—it’s for someone who sees problems before they happen, thrives in autonomy, and genuinely enjoys bringing order to moving parts.
🧠 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Calendar & inbox management. Own John’s time, screen and qualify meetings, reduce distractions, and help prioritise high-leverage tasks.
Internal coordination. Liaise with the team to follow up on key actions, gather reports, and ensure accountability across departments.
Content & project support. Assist with marketing assets, workshop coordination, and system documentation to move strategic projects forward.
Client & partner comms. Help communicate with customers and referrers professionally, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Tool management. Own admin tools (G Suite, project trackers, forms), create order from chaos, and make everything more efficient.
🔍 Who You Are:
Highly experienced, with 5+ years in a senior administrative, operations, or coordination role (ideally supporting a founder or leadership team)
Exceptionally organised, proactive, and resourceful—you take initiative and don’t wait for instruction
A natural problem solver who loves turning complexity into clarity
Strong across digital tools like G Suite, Trello, Canva, Zoom, Google Calendar, and CRMs
A clear communicator who can confidently manage up, down, and across the team
Genuinely curious and eager to explore how tools like ChatGPT and AI can be used to work faster, automate admin, and boost performance
✨ Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs and automation platforms
Understand the sales or service journey inside a SaaS or agency environment
Can work async but are still responsive, reliable, and consistent
Enjoy the behind-the-scenes role that makes a business thrive
📌 Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in operations, senior administration, or executive support
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities and support business leaders in high-growth environments
A proactive mindset, not a passive checklist-ticker
Ability to self-manage, work remotely, and deliver consistent results
Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skill set
