Your Responsibilities Will Include:

BAS lodgement and compliance

Cashflow and Management reporting

End to End Accounts Preparation and Finalisation

Supervising Accounts Payable

Managing Payroll, including Commission calculations

Reconciling Bank and Credit Card Statements

Guiding and Training Junior/Assistant Team Members

Close Collaboration with Clients and Management

Our Ideal Candidate(s) Will Have:

CA or CPA qualificiations preferrable

Real Estate Experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Payroll Experience (at least 3 years’ experience)

Proficiency in Commission-based Compensation Structures

Required Proficiency with MYOB/Xero

Keen Attention to Detail

Strong Organizational Skills

Willingness to Embrace New Technologies

Ability to Work Both Collaboratively and Independently

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
