About the Role: Are you a Senior Accountant / Financial Accountant looking for an opportunity to step up into a more senior position? An exciting contract opportunity has come up to join a leading Software and SaaS organisation. Our client is looking for a driven Accountant to support the team for a minimum of 9 months. You Will report directly into the Head Of Finance and you will play a critical role in streamlining finance operations and processes in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of core accounting tasks, including monthly close processes and general financial operations.
• Review and optimise internal processes, contributing to a scalable finance function supported by the right technology and automation tools
• Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors to ensure full compliance with tax, transfer pricing, and statutory requirements
• Bring a mindset of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovative thinking to a high-performing team
• Assist with Board reporting, meeting minutes, and maintaining corporate governance frameworks.
• Drive planning, budgeting, and financial structuring to support international expansion and intercompany arrangements.
• Lead continuous improvements in financial reporting, systems, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and development to the expanding Finance team.

Requirements:

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Mid Tier or Big 4 Background
• Experience as a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
• Proven expertise in month-end, year-end reporting, and preparing management accounts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to manage external relationships, especially with auditors.
• 2-3 years experience in a Senior Accountant role as a minimum.
