Simba Health and On Balance Physiotherapy is a multi-disciplined allied health clinic with four locations.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our expanding team as a Saturday casual at our Thornleigh clinic, there is also potential to do extra shifts during the week and also at our Macquarie Park and Curl Curl clinics. This is an ideal role for a Physio, Chiro, or Podiatry student, or for anyone else who is customer service focused, has a friendly disposition, and a good phone manner.

About the role:

7 to 24 hours per week.

Reception duties, supporting physiotherapists and other allied health professionals

Supported by other receptionist colleagues at other sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the allied health professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Reception duties - greeting patients, answering phones.

Scheduling - making appointments and managing patient bookings.

Cleaning/tidying of clinics, laundering of towels and general presentation of the clinic.

End of day reconciliation.
