Are you an experienced Medical or Allied Health Receptionist who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment?

We are a well-established allied health practice seeking a warm, capable, and professional Receptionist to support our growing team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists across our Parramatta and Hills District locations.

🌟 About the Role

Permanent part-time/full-time – 30 to 38 hours per week

Rostered across Monday to Saturday

AM shifts: 7:00am–1:00pm | PM shifts: 1:00pm–7:00pm

Travel required between Parramatta and Hills District (Driver’s licence essential)

🛠️ Key Duties

Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner

Coordinate and manage appointments, referrals, and follow-ups

Answer calls, emails, and in-person enquiries with care and confidentiality

Process payments via HICAPS, Medicare, and DVA

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with general admin

Liaise with GPs, imaging centres, and specialists

Maintain clinic cleanliness, complete stock takes, and manage supplies

Support the clinical team as an executive assistant-style receptionist

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience in a medical or allied health reception role (essential)

Proficiency in practice management software (e.g. Cliniko, SmartSoft, Capable or similar)

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management

Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting

Professional presentation, friendly attitude, and team-first approach

Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be comfortable travelling between locations
