Turramurra kindergarten is seeking an experienced Early childhood educators (Diploma or studying towards Diploma in children's services) required for a part-time ( 3 days) at Turramurra kindergarten.

You will be instrumental in leading your team and driving the Turramurra kindergarten vision. At Turramurra kindergarten we pride ourselves on ensuring the children, families and educators are recognised and supported through our programs and community engagements.

You will be provided with generous resources, budget and time to work in partnership with the management team to market their program to the local community and continue to enhance the program delivering the best possible outcomes to our child and families.

You will be part of the centre and leadership team driving our philosophy, vision and values as well as coaching and mentoring our team of passionate educators in their journey of continuous improvement.

Bringing your passion for working with children, you will be pivotal to our success, our programming, our team based culture and achieving a standard of excellence in childcare.

You will work with a team of dedicated managers, educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early years learning framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Early childhood diploma in children services or working towards your diploma in children's services as recognised by ACEQA
