We are currently seeking a passionate, hands-on Certificate III OR Diploma Educator to join our warm and welcoming team on a part-time basis. Open to discussing a full time role.

This role is ideal for an educator who values inclusive practices, respectful relationships, and enjoys working closely with children from all backgrounds and developmental stages.

Your Role

As a valued educator in our Marrickville team, you will:

Create inclusive, engaging environments that support all children’s learning

Use a hands-on approach to play-based learning across developmental stages

Implement programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS that reflect the diversity of children’s cultures, abilities, and interests

Build respectful, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team

Support children with varying developmental needs using empathy, understanding, and professional knowledge

Collaborate with fellow educators to create a positive and inspiring atmosphere

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) - Working Towards also accepted

HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

CHCPRT025 or CHCPRT001 – Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk

NSW Food Authority – Food Handler Basics Training

A passion for inclusive early education and supporting diverse learners

A proactive, hands-on approach to working with children

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, or willingness to learn

Must be available Monday, Wednesday & Fridays
