We require an enthusiastic Associate Diploma in Children’s Services to work with children 0-2 years old to fill in a part-time educator role in the nursery/toddler room. Newly graduates welcome to apply!

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Educator, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children aged 0-2 years. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering positive relationships with children and their families, and contributing to the overall success of our learning program.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children's holistic development.

Build positive and collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Conduct observations and assessments to track children's progress and inform individualized learning plans.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA).

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.

First Aid and CPR certification.

Child Protection qualification.

Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Childhood Education and Care regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Two recent references essential.
