OSHC Educators Wanted – Bondi Junction (Part-Time)

We are expanding our team and seeking passionate Educators for an immediate start in Bondi Junction.

Who We Are:

At Kool HQ, we create fun, safe, and engaging Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs for children aged 5–12. With vibrant services in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and a strong reputation for quality care, we’re now seeking passionate Educators to join our Bondi Junction team!

Who We’re Looking For: We welcome applications from:

Early Childhood Teachers

Students currently studying Education or Early Childhood

Anyone with a love for working with children!

What We Offer:

Pay above the Children's Services Award

A rewarding role working directly with children aged 5-12

Ability to create and lead After School and Vacation Care programs

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working face-to-face with children in a safe, engaging environment

After School Care (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Vacation Care (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Supporting and leading a variety of fun and educational activities

The Role:

The position calls for a person who values and respects children and enjoys working with children face to face. You will collaborate with a team to craft and facilitate engaging programs for After School and Vacation Care.

Your Skills:

Fluent in English with excellent communication

Energetic, proactive, and love working with kids

The ability to effectively supervise and manage children

Nice to Have (But Not a Must):

Familiar with the NQF and 'My Time, Our Place' framework

Must Have:

Working With Children Check (WWCC) Clearance
