Based in Melbourne's Inner CBD (St Kilda Area), this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading property management team and utilise your BDM or Sales experience.

This role will provide support and work alongside the Business Development Manager within property management. The role is offered on a part time basis to reach out and connect with new clients, current clients, Developers and key stakeholders, to enhance the growth of the property management department.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong BDM or Sales background within real estate and be looking for an opportunity to utilise these skills on a part time basis.

Ideally the successful candidate will be looking for 2 to 3 days per week and really enjoy the hunger and success of growth.

The office is well known and highly regarded in the area and the successful candidate will have plenty of support within the team and report directly to the Head of Property Management. The team are long term and provide a great office environment and a culture of support and continual opportunity.
