- Part time property management role for great agency in Sunbury
- Flexible hours (3 days) or full time - no Saturdays!
- Salary range $70,000 - $75,000 plus super pro rata (if part time)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client are located in Sunbury, and renowned for their quality customer service, strong local knowledge and genuine community care and support. Part of a vibrant multi-office network, the Sunbury team service Sunbury, Diggers Rest, Bulla and surrounds.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND YOU
A need has come about for a three day per week property manager to join the team. Initially the role will handle the leasing needs for their portfolio. As properties are listed, some will fall under the management of the property management team and some will become the start of a new portfolio (currently at 0). These will be managed by you. Number are anticipated to reach 50 within 6 months, and potentially around 120 within 9-12 months.

This role will start with three days per week (they do not open on Saturdays - yahoo!). It will grow in time, so we are looking for someone who understands this.

Salary is dependant on experience - range $70,000 - $75,000 + Super (pro rata)

• Proven experience as a Property Manager
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, coordinate and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Agents Rep, Cert IV, Full Licence
