This role is very unique as our clients only require you to come into the office Monday & one to two other days which is completely up to which day, which gives you the ability to work from the remainder of the week from home and have full flexibility. Our clients are seeking someone who can work their way, is comfortable to run their own ship but enjoys modern systems and procedures!

The Role
As the agencies newest Property Manager, you will be supported in all aspects of Property Management, your role will include but not limited to:

• Liaising with Tenants & Landlords
• Respond to all phone and email inquiries
• Entry & Exits (minimal, lots of assistance available)
• Completing all maintenance within a timely manner
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Portfolio size will be based on experience

The Person
The ideal Property Manager will be eager to learn, passionate about a long-term career in real estate and must have.

• Previous real estate experience of 12+ months managing your own portfolio
• Current Vic Certificate of Registration and drivers license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
