Robert Half is working with a forward-thinking clean energy company dedicated to shaping a sustainable future. They're seeking an immediately available Finance Manager for a 3-6 month contract.

The Role:

As the Finance Manager, you will hit the ground running in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency during this pivotal period. You will partner with senior leadership to provide insights and strategies that support the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare detailed financial reports to guide data-driven strategic decisions.
• Monitor and analyse project budgets and costs associated with clean energy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including clean energy-specific policies.
• Evaluate investment projects and support cost-efficient solutions.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA desirable)
• 5+ years of experience in financial leadership, ideally within renewable energy, clean tech, or a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modelling and analysis tools.
• Experience with clean energy financial incentives such as tax credits and grants is highly desired.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to start immediately.
