We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Workshop Manager with exceptional customer service skills and a strong local knowledge of the Service, Repairs and Parts aspects of the West Australian Automotive industry.

Our long established Port Hedland workshop is fast paced, dynamic and rapidly growing.

The on-going position will be an even-time, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster, ex-Perth only.

As an experienced manager, you will play a vital role in the company which will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating service appointments
• Communicating with customers to provide updates on progress and timelines
• Providing estimates for repair and maintenance services
• Managing and ordering of parts for service jobs
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Provide clear explanations of service and repair requirements
• Data entry and maintaining resources
• Delivering professional customer service

Requirements

• Must have minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry
• High level of mechanical knowledge
• Good computer and phone skills
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Strong focus and dedication to see all paperwork through completion
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at one time
• Ability to work in a team environment
