Specialised Reline Services (SRS) is seeking an experienced and proactive Asset & Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of our fleet, plant, tools, and facilities.

About the Role:

As the Asset & Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the operational readiness of our business. You’ll be responsible for managing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating repairs, overseeing inventory and procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This is a strategic and hands-on role that supports our shutdown and maintenance operations across WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage maintenance and servicing of vehicles, plant, tools, and equipment

Implement preventative maintenance schedules and basic servicing routines

Coordinate outsourced maintenance and ensure minimal operational disruption

Oversee facility upkeep and compliance testing (e.g., fire safety, security systems)

Maintain accurate inventory and procurement systems for parts and consumables

Ensure all maintenance documentation is current and compliant

Develop and implement standardised maintenance procedures

Support innovation by evaluating new tools, equipment, and technologies

What We’re Looking For:

Mandatory:

MR – Medium Rigid Driver’s Licence

LF – Forklift Licence

Current Unrestricted Australian Working Rights (Visa)

Proven experience in maintenance management in heavy industry or mining

Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on servicing ability

Proficiency in inventory and maintenance systems

Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency

Desirable:

Mechanical Trade Certificate or equivalent

RB – Basic Rigging

Work Conditions:

Geraldton-based, Monday to Friday, Full time 40 Hours per Week.

Must complete pre-employment check requirements including National Police Check and full medical including drug and alcohol screening.
