In this role you will schedule weekly property styling deliveries and pick-ups for our logistics team, liaise and build relationships with Real Estate Agents, process invoices, respond to customer queries, support our stylists and help with office management tasks.

The role is heavily administrative, spending a great deal of time in front of a computer and on the phone to clients.

Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule stylings and pickups strategically, ensuring that our resources are optimised

Nurture relationships with Real Estate Agents

Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of installations

Problem solve and troubleshoot

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a fast-paced role

Proven scheduling/rostering/planning experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
