Internal Account Manager – Multiple roles available
Location: Pyrmont (close to Light Rail)
Full-Time in office, Mon-Fri standard hours
$70,000 + super

Our client is a leader in supply chain solutions and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a proactive, service-driven Internal Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for customers and carriers—making bookings, managing enquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving issues with speed and professionalism. You’ll also support the broader team by:
- Handling daily dispatch and tracking updates
- Investigating and responding to customer concerns
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Creating accurate reports and maintaining service records

You’ll Work Closely With:
- A Customer Service Team and Account Managers
- Carriers and Customers
- Internal departments to resolve challenges quickly

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and initiative
- Experience in logistics/transport a bonus—but not essential
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence with IT systems
