An exciting career opportunity for Logistics Coordinator to join Hyundai Glovis Australia Pty Ltd. Formed in Dec 2005, the company services automotive logistic services to Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors. Hyundai Glovis Australia is a subsidiary of Hyundai Glovis, which is one of Hyundai Motor Group Company, providing logistics and trading services for the global market.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Oversee daily operations of inbound sea and air freight

- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve shipment

and service-related issues

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and logistics service providers, ensuring

clear and effective communication

- Manage import shipping documentation and coordinate with customs agents to ensure timely

clearance

- Collaborate with Customs and Operations teams on project freight forwarding matters

- Liaise with shipping lines to arrange and process local charges

- Work closely with freight carriers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to

optimise cost and operational efficiency

- Support marine insurance claims and related documentation

- Assist with invoice verification and reconciliation

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

- Generate and present monthly KPI reports; coordinate related meetings

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities

- Apply excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively

Essential criteria:

- Up to 2 years of experience in sea and air freight or PCC liner operations is preferred, but not essential

- Fluent Korean language and cultural understanding (not essential but good to have)

- Strong teaming and customer relationship skills

- Permanent Residence or Australian citizen
