The Opportunity

This is a rare sales-first leadership role. As the first person on the ground in Perth, you’ll take full ownership of launching the branch, driving new business, and building out a high-performing team. You’ll have national backing — but full autonomy to make your mark in WA.

What You’ll Be Doing

Win new business and build out a strong WA client base

Set up and lead the new Perth branch operations

Recruit and manage your local team from the ground up

Establish solid relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and logistics partners

What You’ll Bring

Freight forwarding experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or setup role

Deep knowledge of international logistics, customs, and compliance

A hunter mentality with a strong commercial drive

Passion for building teams, opening markets, and creating structure from scratch
