The Opportunity

Newly created FM opening within this PE-backed property business who have seen sustained growth in recent years with more projected

Reporting into the Head of Finance and supported by a small team (Accountants and AP) you will oversee key financial accounting responsibilities, including monthly reporting, external audits, and financial statement preparation.

You will be tasked with leading, mentoring and review work of the team below, as well as ongoing improvement of accounting best practice and efficiencies within processes

About you

• CA/CPA qualifications
• Chartered background (business services or audit) preferred
• 6+ years experience in financial accounting, audits and controllership
• Proven people management skills and ability to get the best out of staff
• Strong proficiency in excel and ability to work with data
• Strong communication and collaborative approach to reaching objectives
