Responsibilities

Join the team as a Finance Manager, managing financial operations and reporting for the business and its SME clients. You will oversee month end accounts, prepare board reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. A key part of the role is driving process improvements and delivering insightful financial analysis, including customer margins and profitability. Strong experience with Xero is essential to effectively manage reporting and system improvements. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. This role suits a proactive finance professional with solid accouting skills and a focus on commercial outcomes.

Your Profile

The ideal Finance Manager will have proven experience managing financial operations, driving process improvements, and delivering accurate reporting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness are essential.

• Essential: Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role. Demonstrating proficiency in managing month end accounts, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proven experience using Xero to manage financial processes and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and SME clients.
