Due to continued expansion, a newly created Group Finance Manager role has become available. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing a team of accountants

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

Reviewing general ledgers, reconciliations, balance sheets, and financial reports completed by juniors

Handling intercompany transactions and loan reconciliations

Preparing group consolidations, including eliminations, for multiple entities

Managing tax compliance reporting

Leading the external audit process

Managing stakeholders

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience ideally within Retail/FMCG at either Senior Accountant or Finance Manager level, and preferably with some training at a Big 4/2nd tier firm. You will possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing both stakeholders and staff, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
