About the role

As a Junior Account Manager (Labour Hire), you will play a vital role in supporting our management team. This full-time position is based in our Kew office and offers excellent opportunities for career development.

What you'll be doing

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Sourcing and screening suitable candidates for available job roles

Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Providing efficient and responsive service to clients

Collaborating with the wider team to achieve key business objectives

Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our database

Assisting with the development of new business opportunities

What we're looking for

No industry experience is required, but experience in a sales or people focused role, preferably in recruitment or construction will be a big advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

A proactive and driven approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Familiarity with computers/office software

A team player attitude and the willingness to learn and develop your skills
