Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for a friendly and motivated Administration Officer to join our team. This role is vital to keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our projects from behind the scenes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about a career in the residential construction industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other enquiries professionally.
Manage data entry and maintain accurate databases.
Coordinating building and construction documentation to support timely project delivery
Managing a portfolio of jobs and applying for, securing all relevant building and construction related documents, to ensure the timely achievement of a building permit.
Maintaining professional internal and external relationships with teams such as engineers, drafting, estimating, councils & contractors
Applying for & managing plumbing permits
Staying organised and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Supporting the wider team and general admin with day-to-day tasks
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory
